What we do
Our Mission plays a key role in advancing Kiribati’s foreign policy objectives, especially in areas such as climate change, sustainable development, health, and human rights. Our Mission also fosters new partnerships with the Government of Switzerland and other multilateral organisations based in Geneva.
Kiribati is located in the central Pacific Ocean, stradding the Equator and stretching across all four hemispheres (north, south, east and west). The country is divided into three island groups visible on the map bellow: the Gilbert Islands, the Phoenix Islands and the Line Islands.
